When you link accounts with your partner, certain information is shared between you — including shared journal entries you choose to share, prayer check-in status, daily question answers (after both partners answer), couple challenge progress, and plans.
If you set your couple profile to public and connect with friend couples, your couple name, username, streak, and challenge wins may be visible to connected couples. Group chat messages are visible to all group members.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
You can view and update your profile information at any time within the app under Settings.
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. This will remove your personal data from our systems. Note that messages you sent in group chats and shared journal entries may remain until your partner or group admin also deletes them.
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app under Settings → Notifications.
Location access is only requested when you use the Date Night Generator. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. Denying location access will limit the Date Night Generator's ability to find nearby venues.
Photo library access is only requested when you choose to upload a profile photo, couple photo, or journal photo. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Faithfully Ever After is designed for adults in romantic relationships. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 17. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 17, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through a notification in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
